This is what the regulation means for you when you are a customer at Flea Lover.
GDPR is the EU’s new initiative, which was adopted in April 2016, and will come into force on 25 May 2018. It deals with the processing of data of natural persons and seeks to increase security in connection therewith. Furthermore, the regulation supports natural persons gaining more control over their personal data.
At Flea Lover, we strive to comply with all the regulatory requirements, which is why your customers’ and your data are safe with us. When you therefore consent to a subscription agreement with Flea Lover, you must also approve our DPA (data processing agreement). With this contract, you are assured that your data will be processed in accordance with the regulation and thus in the most appropriate way. Below is an example of the data processing agreement to which consent must be given.
