The booking function in the Flea Lover system is for those who want an internal overview of their customers’ bookings. It is for internal use and will not be visible for your customers.
Start by logging in to your Flea Lover system: https://app.flealover.com/login
In the menu-bar click on Settings and these settings will appear.
Please click on Booking settings.
After clicking on Booking Settings, you will be directed to this page where you can configure all your booking preferences. Below, we will go through the five types of settings in detail.
Booking periods
When you select the first option, you enter the Booking Periods section, where you can create rental periods such as a week, a month, and more. This allows you to define the specific timeframes customers can book.
Shelf types
Under Shelf Types, you can create different kinds of shelving units for customers to book, such as display cabinets, shelving units, and other similar options. By clicking the yellow button, you can easily add prices. You don’t need to set prices for all rental periods, and you can also add discounts, which can be applied within a specific date range.
Closing days
There’s also an option to set Special Closing Days, where you specify any exceptional days the shop will be closed. Select the dates and click ‘Save Settings.’ If a booking period includes a closing day, the booking will automatically be extended accordingly.
Shelves
The next step will help you set up your booking overveiw. If you have many shelves and need to generate theese with numbers you can press the blue button: Generate shelves.
When you press ‘Generate Shelves,’ a box will appear. Please select the shelf type, enter the desired number of shelves you want to generate, and click Save.
You have generated 15 shelves. If you wish to change the name, you can click on the blue pencil icon and edit the shelf’s name.
Payment terms
You can also specify your payment terms to make clear how payments should be handled.
